We have moved online on our ZenFit YouTube Channel. We are doing classes Thursdays 6:30-7:30pm on YouTube Live Stream. Full workouts are then saved on our channel so you can use them at any time.

ZenFit is an intro-level, mindful group exercise class that promotes healthy living by empowering you to learn how to listen to your body. All our workouts are designed to be accessible to people at all levels. We move at a calm, slow pace and focus on breath, form, and technique. As one of our students has said, “It’s like a full-body workout while meditating!”
We don’t believe we should measure fitness by how exhausted you feel at the end of a workout. Fitness is about learning to listen to our bodies, so we can build healthy, sustainable lifestyles that honor our bodies.
Over the one hour together, we start with a body-scan meditation, then we warm up, do a full-body circuit of strengthening movements covering our core muscle groups, cool down with a stretch, and close with an affirming meditation.
The vibe is calm and encouraging. I want you to walk away feeling accepted, supported, and inspired by what your body can do.
ZenFit is developed and taught by Alina Liao, proud daughter of immigrants and DC resident. Alina was a NCAA Division I gymnast, and her experience as an athlete gave her a deep appreciation for the value of listening to her body and the importance of breath, form, and technique in exercising. Alina has now developed and launched ZenFit to create a group exercise experience that incorporates mindfulness, emphasizes technique, and is loving, community-oriented, and empowering.
