Shilling Canning Company is a modern American restaurant in The Navy Yard where Owner and Executive Chef Reid Shilling serves his take on seasonal cuisine highlighting ingredients from around the Chesapeake region. Shilling Canning Company features a multi-course menu that changes regularly and incorporates techniques inspired by Shilling’s family business as well as his time spent in California.
