Kristina (“Kris”) S. Griffin, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, Principal Consultant, and Owner, founded Pinnacle HR Consulting, LLC (“Pinnacle Consulting”), in 2011. Pinnacle Consulting provides business and human resources strategy and management consulting services to the small nonprofit and business community. Kris is committed to supporting, coaching, and educating small nonprofit and business executives to live out their vision and achieve their mission by developing a strategic understanding of the real business value of human resources.
