Kristina (“Kris”) S. Griffin, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, Principal Consultant, and Owner, founded Pinnacle HR Consulting, LLC (“Pinnacle Consulting”), in 2011. Pinnacle Consulting provides business and human resources strategy and management consulting services to the small nonprofit and business community.
