Good Sweat was founded and opened in 2019. This is a local woman-owned small business that was inspired by wanting to create a fitness community that gives back! This indoor cycling studio donates to local nonprofits with every dollar spent. During this time of closure, there are off and on the bike workouts available online (both live and prerecorded!).
