FIT4MOM DC is offering 15+ classes per week including HIIT classes, yoga, mommy and me and prenatal classes. FIT4MOM DC is also offering playgroups, moms night IN, coffee chats and other community events to keep DC families connected.
FIT4MOM is the nation’s leading prenatal and postnatal fitness program, providing fitness classes and a network of moms to support every stage of motherhood. From pregnancy, through postpartum and beyond, our fitness and wellness programs help make moms (and dads!) strong in body, mind, and spirit. Michelle Cain, Capitol Hill resident, started FIT4MOM DC after her son was born in 2015. To keep our community safe, FIT4MOM DC has created online workouts and playgroups to keep parents and their littles active at home.
