FishScale restaurant that is reinventing the burger. FishScale specializes in seafood burgers, specifically wild caught sustainable fish and Maryland blue crab.
FishScale’s Chef Brandon hand-crafts his burgers from nothing but fresh whole wild caught fish or True Blue Crab meat. There no breadcrumbs, no fillers and no foolishness. The 1/4 pound fish burgers are fire grilled and the fish selection rotates based on what’s in season. Some of the fishburgers you’ll find on the line up are RockFish, Speckled Sea Trout, Sheepshead, Mahi Mahi and/or AmberJack to name a few.
FishScale has a pan seared True Blue Maryland crab burger too. This burger is all jumbo lump crab meat straight from the Chesapeake Bay. And just like the fish burger it is 1/4 of all goodness and breadcrumbs, fillers and no foolishness.
Our newly added menu item is the Chesapeake Cheesesteak. It’s made with Old Bay seasoned Maryland’s Blue Catfish that’s folding in with grilled and caramelized green peppers and onions and provolone served on an French baguette.
